Goal: To elucidate the factors that enhance or inhibit the sustainability of waiting time (WT) strategies for TJR.
Objective (Case study method): What waiting time management strategies for TJR have successfully reduced waiting time & have been sustainable over time; which contextual, managerial & operational factors have helped success & sustainability of those strategies; &, what aspects of the interface between the organizational & contextual levels have helped sustain the success of those strategies?
